The coaching profession has grown enormously over the last decade as individuals and organisations recognise its effectiveness in bringing about development and change. Cathy provides Personal coaching for individuals and groups and customised programs for Organisations using the GROW model which is a structured framework that has been used for over 20 years, to help clients gain clarity and focus their thinking.
In association with other organisational psychologists, I also offer training in coaching skills for people who want to add these skills to their existing skills as counsellors and/or facilitators.
